After hours | Weekend (1st 8 hrs)= $176.00/hr
After hours | Weekend (+ 8 hrs)= $209.00/hr
Day (24 hrs minimum notice)
Pre-booked 8 hour time slots= $920.00/day
Emergency
Immediate response required | no notice given= $264.00/hr (minimum 3 hour commitment required)
Phone Support
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm= $35.75/quarter hr
After hours | Weekend calls= $44.00/quarter hr (no calls accepted before 7.00am)
Travel Rate
Less than 25km from Brisbane CBD= no travel charge
Greater than 25km from Brisbane CBD= $77.00/hr

In Hand offers onsite, remote access and/or workshop maintenance and repairs. These services include:
maintenance of your Mac/s
scheduled maintenance of your system/s
installation and setup of software

In Hand's workshop is equipped with Snap-on® tools ensuring your valuable equipment is not just in the best hands but that those hands are using the best tools.

At In Hand we understand hectic work schedules, tight deadlines and that it isn't always possible or convenient working on IT systems during 'normal' business hours. To help in these situations after hours | weekend times can be arranged to suit your needs. Rates for after hours | weekend will vary so please contact us for more details.

Please note that after hours | weekend hours need to be pre-arranged as we do like to spend time with our families and even sleep sometimes.
